He brings to Fretz TC a vast knowledge of Programing and Marketing from his prior jobs managing multiple LifeTime Tennis Facilities. Arshia is very active in the community and is well educated on Junior Programs, Tournaments, leagues, and latest products and equipment. Arshia resides in Addison, currently attends the University of Dallas in Richardson and he is in charge of all operations at Fretz TC. (Tennis Director) T.J. Tisdale is our Director of Player Development. T.J. has traveled the Pro Tour coaching some of the best players in the world and also worked at prestigious tennis academies. We are excited to have T.J. take our players to the next level whether that is High School, College, or pro level tennis. He also coached Jarmilla Gajdosova top 25 singles player and world no.1 doubles team Liezel Huber/Lisa Raymond
(Adult Director) Tim is a certified USPTA Professional, USPTR Wheelchair instructor and MTI Certified Mental Toughnes Instructor. Tim currently serves on the board of the Dallas Professional Tennis Association with 25 years of teaching and programming experience. Tim began his career at Fretz and has also been Director of Tennis –Greenhill Tennis Center, Adult Director-Brookhaven C.C. Tim played college tennis and was ranked in the top 5 in Open Singles, Some of Tim’s accomplishments include winning ClubCorps “SuperStar” award from over 20,000 employees, won 8 SPC Conference Championships and was selected “Coach of the year 2011, 2012, 2013 from the Texas Private High School Association. Tim’s expertise in team tennis has brought countless adult USTA Sectional and National titles and TCD Champions as coach.
(Tennis Professional) Patrick Nguyen is one our new pros who came over to us after a 2 year assistant coaching career at Collin College, while working at the Courts of McKinney during the last 3 years as well. He made an impact as the youngest college coach in nation, even earning the National ITA Assistant Coach of the Year award in his first year there, with many of his players transferring to Division 1 and Division 2 colleges afterwards. Patrick loves working with all levels of players and was studying athletic training and physical therapy before becoming a tennis coach. He is especially passionate about helping tennis players understand proper bio-mechanics and injury prevention in their game.
(Tennis Professional) Luis is joining our Full Time Coaching team with 10+ years of experience as a USPTR certified tennis professional. He has most experience developing kids from ages 5 to 10 and he is excited to help players of all ages and levels, kids and adults, beginners to advanced levels, take their tennis game to the next level!
(Tennis Professional) James is a certified USPTA, USPTR, Disability coaching certified Pro and certified racquet technician. He has over 30 years of coaching experience from accross the nation with many established clubs. James was also the Director of Tennis at the PGA Superstore overseeing programming, the customization and stringing of hundreds of racquets per month. He loves working with all levels from beginners to highly ranked players.
(Tennis Professional) Hi my name is Jacob Heer, I’m 20 and have been coaching for the last 5 years. I’ve just moved to the area from Salt Lake City Utah. I’ve coached ages 3-75 with most of my experience in the 8-16 yr. old age range. I’m excited to help you take your game to the next level.
(Tennis Professional) Irina is a former number 1 ranked junior tennis player from Serbia. She graduated from Alabama State University where she was a full-scholarship student athlete, winning an All-athlete singles and doubles for her team multiple times. Irina started her career as a Summer School coach, where she progressed to becoming a Summer School tennis director, and continued her career coaching all level players including 10&under, junior players and adults at several country clubs and tennis academies. Her coaching allows players to focus on improving all aspects of their game while adding a fun, methodical and energetic approach.
Part Time (Tennis Professional) Andrew Dobbs is a certified PTR coach who grew up in Dallas, Texas. Since seven years old he has played tennis all across the U.S. and with incredible support from family and coaches has played through USTA, junior ITF, NCAA, and ITF professional futures level tournaments. His coaching career includes stints at multiple NCAA levels and tennis clubs in New York, Idaho, Texas, and Louisana He looks forward to working with juniors in the junior program and for students to grow into better versions of themselves through tennis. Andrew has experience with beginners to intermediates to high-performance players and enjoys working with all levels of athletes.
Part Time (Tennis Professional) Easton is a senior at Southern Methodist University and has played tennis since he was six years old. He grew up playing USTA tournaments in the Missouri Valley and has also played junior and professional ITF tournaments. Easton has taught juniors and adults in Wichita, Kansas and is excited to start coaching in Dallas. He is looking forward to working with juniors and adults of all levels and helping people to improve their skills and love for the game.
