

Matt Hanlin
(Impact Activities President)
Matt is a lifelong tennis player and enthusiast. His passion for tennis has remained strong since spending 7 years as a junior player at the prestigious Bollettieri Tennis Academy. He was a regular practice partner to Venus and Serena Williams, Monica Seles, Michael Chang, Tommy Haas and other professionals. Matt achieved All American status at the University of Washington; along with a degree in Marketing and Advertising. As a touring professional, he travelled to more than 40 countries and became a top 400 ATP singles player. As a USPTA Elite credentialed professional, he has coached, supervised and managed programs (youth and adult) in some of the country’s finest private and public venues. Matt is excited to help build a thriving tennis center that the community will be proud of.

Taylor Gray
(Tennis Director)
Taylor Gray is our Director of Hamilton Tennis. Taylor has been playing tennis
at Hamilton since she was 4 years old.
She completed 4 years of collegiate tennis at Missouri State University and
at Midwestern State University.
Taylor is available for lessons of all ages and level of players.
She also does hitting sessions for people who want match play! Her awards include getting 2nd,
and 3rd 2 times in state for high school tennis. In college she finished out her career as a senior
in the top 5 for doubles and went undefeated in singles her senior year.
Taylor Gray is our Director of Hamilton Tennis. Taylor has been playing tennis
at Hamilton since she was 4 years old.

Johnny Simmons
(Tennis Professional)
Johnny has served the Wichita Falls tennis community for over 50 years and has unmeasurable experience teaching juniors to adults, running events, tournaments, and stringing racquets. He still loves being on the court as much today as ever!

had wins over Baylor and Texas A&M
Coached USA Deaf Olympics team in 1982 in Cologne Germany.
1st time USA won team Championship

played Nationals at Tyason, Al

Coached over 200 ranked players including numerous State Champions, National Jr College Champions, 2 Big 8 Conference Champions, one at OU and one at OSU

Dennis Schreffler is making his way back to this area via his previous position as Tennis Director and Head Pro at Mertz Tennis Center in Corsicana, Texas. Dennis has coached many State Champions and State Qualifiers while in the school settings and also coached and played on Team Texas out of Wichita Falls that finished as the National Runner-ups in the USTA League 5.0 Team Championships in Flushing Meadows, NY.
