ADULT PROGRAMS
Adult Group Clinics
Weekly 90-minute clinics grouped by rating. Drills, live-ball, and point play with USPTA/PTR pros.
Cardio Tennis
High-energy, music-driven group workout. Great cross-training and no experience required.
USTA League Teams
Men's, women's, mixed, and combo teams with home matches at this facility.
Adult Beginner Series
Structured intro course covering grips, groundstrokes, serve, and doubles basics.
JUNIOR PROGRAMS
Red Ball (ages 5–7)
Foam-ball intro on 36ft courts. Focus on coordination, footwork, and fun.
Orange Ball (ages 8–10)
60ft courts, low-compression balls, full-court fundamentals and match play.
Green Ball (ages 10–12)
Transition to full court with green-dot balls. Stroke development and tactics.
Junior Tournament Training
High-performance training for competitive juniors preparing for UTR and USTA events.
High School Prep
Match-play focused training to prepare for school tryouts and team play.
