LEADERSHIP
Matt Hanlin
Matt Hanlin is the President of Impact Activities and Director of Tennis at The Courts McKinney. A former All-American at the University of Washington and top 400 ATP singles player, he traveled to 40 countries as a touring pro. He spent 7 years at Bollettieri Academy as a partner to Venus and Serena Williams. He is USPTA Elite credentialed.
Dawn Rochelle
General Manager of The Courts of McKinney. Dawn is a seasoned hospitality professional with 20+ years of experience in club management and member services, having successfully managed several private clubs across North Texas. Known for exceptional leadership, operational excellence, and building welcoming environments where members and staff thrive.
Josh Way
Adult Director / Director of Business Development. Josh began at Cascades Country Club in Tyler as Head Tennis and Pickleball Pro (2016–2019), spent summers coaching at IMG Nick Bollettieri Tennis Academy, then moved to Dallas as Head Pro at Eldorado Country Club and Director at Stonebridge Country Club before joining Impact.

Melissa Stuart
Melissa Stuart is a PPR Certified Pickleball Instructor serving as Pickleball Director and Community Liaison. Following a 36-year career in elementary education, she has spent the last 3.5 years coaching juniors and adults of all levels. She coordinates events and sponsorships to connect local businesses with the McKinney sporting community.

James Van Hooker
PTR-certified professional. James started coaching in 2013 in northern New Jersey and joined McKinney in October 2017. He primarily works with junior programs including High Performance 1, 2, and Under 12.
Amanda Vos
PTR-certified professional with 6 years of coaching experience. Amanda started lessons at age 3, competed as a Super Champ after moving to Texas in 2009, and has experience on the ITF world tour. She enjoys teaching kids and helping them achieve their tennis goals.
Candy Idoko
PTR Certified. Born and raised in Nigeria. Highest ATP World Singles Ranking 928 (Aug 2007); Highest ATP World Doubles Ranking 724 (Nov 2008). Bronze medal singles and Silver medal doubles at the All-African Games 2011 in Mozambique. Davis Cup Team Nigeria 2007–2011. #1 National Singles Ranking Nigeria 2009–2011; #1 National Doubles 2012–2015. Nigeria Masters winner 2006 and 2007.
Don Zuker
Pickleball Manager and Head Coach (Juniors and Adults). PPR and IPTPA certified with 6+ years competitive experience and 3 years coaching in DFW. Formerly played semi-professional baseball and coached at McKinney Christian Academy. Part owner of the Coachella Valley Scorpions in the Champions Series Pickleball League.
Cristobal Del Castillo
Pickleball Instructor — Junior Lead and Adults. Cristobal is a dedicated coach known for his energetic teaching style and strong focus on player development, with deep understanding of the game's strategy, technique, and mental side. He fosters a positive, inclusive environment where players grow, compete, and enjoy the sport.

Luke Edgemon
PPR Professional and 5.0+ competitive pickleball player with a lifelong passion for racket sports. Luke has coached across athletics and academics — including as the head coach of a professional esports team at the highest level. His style emphasizes both technical skill and love of the game, and he enjoys sharing the sport with his three children and the broader community.
