LEADERSHIP

Arshia Mahdvar
General Manager of Fretz Tennis & Pickleball Center since 2018 and National Operations Director at Impact Activities. Over a decade of sports facility management experience across programming, marketing, and operations, overseeing standards and systems for Impact Activities facilities in Texas and California.

Ethan Arns
Ethan Arns recently joined Oak Creek after serving as Adult Director at The Courts of McKinney. Raised in Quincy, IL, he taught for 11 years at the Quincy Racquet and Pickleball Facility. He played at Quincy University from 2011 to 2015 and coached their Division II programs for 4 years, leading two ranked doubles teams and a ranked singles player.
INSTRUCTORS & COACHES

TJ Tisdale
With 25 years of dedicated coaching experience, TJ stands out as a seasoned professional. Holding a USTA Elite Pro High Performance Certification, TJ has an ATP ranking and has coached top WTA players including several ranked within the top 25. His expertise extends to nurturing national and state-ranked junior players, guiding adult teams, and leading dynamic drills.

Bill Shaw
Bill is a local legend. Capable of teaching any level and age, he specializes in junior development — from Director of Junior Development at Lakes Tennis Academy, to Co-Academy Director at Courts of McKinney, to Co-Founder / Junior Director at TAG Tennis. He now calls Oak Creek home, helping players build a stable foundation for growth in mechanics.

Austin Holley
Austin is a PTR-certified tennis professional with 34 years of experience. He developed and grew a comprehensive community tennis program in Dallas starting at just 19 years old, delivering clinics and lessons for all ages and skill levels. Austin believes that with desire, dedication, and discipline, anyone can achieve greatness in a sport of a lifetime.

Jai DiLouie
Jai was a former coach of 18-time Grand Slam champion Chris Evert, and worked as a USTA National Coach and with the Lawn Tennis Association in England. From competitive junior play to professional ambitions, Jai has deep experience developing future tennis stars.

Mike Johnston
Mike Johnston brings 20 years of tennis experience to Oak Creek, focusing on physical and mental fundamentals for all skill levels. A two-time United Way Volunteer of the Year nominee for his work with the Boys and Girls Club in San Antonio, he teaches junior and adult classes while coaching numerous adult teams to maximize athlete potential.

Matt Campbell
Matt Campbell coaches players of all ages and levels at Oak Creek Tennis Center.

Joshua Fein
Coach Josh Fein is RSPA Level 1 and USTA certified, currently pursuing RSPA Level 2. A former college scholarship player at the University of Texas and junior sectional competitor, he leads Tiny Shots and Intro Player Development at Oak Creek. He also specializes in doubles strategy for adult USTA, TCD, and Metro league competition.

Nic Yoshida
Nic Yoshida coaches players of all ages and levels at Oak Creek Tennis Center.

Gerardo Gomez
Gerardo recently joined Impact Activities, bringing more than 15 years of tennis experience. A PTR Level 1 and USTA Coaching Development certified coach, he works with players of all ages and levels on strong fundamentals and confidence in a safe, patient, positive environment. He also offers instruction in Spanish for the Spanish-speaking community.

James Leem
James (Hea Nam) Leem is a USPTA-certified professional with 30 years of playing experience and 20 years of teaching in South Korea and the U.S. A winner of multiple tournament titles in South Korea, he focuses on player development for juniors and adults age 6 and up, emphasizing solid technique, healthy habits, and long-term well-being.
