To sign up for a membership fill out the registration form and bring it to the club you wish to join to:

1. Verify your residency (Valid ID)

2. Receive your membership key tag used to check in at all of our clubs

To cancel a membership, fill out our Cancellation Form and email it to your home club for a manager to process.

Individual membership plan only covers the individual with the membership plan and all other guests must pay their share of the court fees per person.

Family Membership plan covers up to 4 people

(2 Adults + 2 Juniors under 21) living in the same household.

All others guests must pay their share of the court fees per person
